They helped me through a difficult time
I was in a position to sell the house I rented/inherited from my parents for 30 years upon my mother’s passing. It was a very difficult time, for I had no idea where to begin. Then, a postcard arrived in the mail offering to buy my house as-is. It also had a UFO on it, which brought a smile to my face (for I have similar curiosity). I made the call to M.V. Properties. From the start, Vince and Matt explained every step of the way. From start to finish they made the process easy. As we approached the closing date, they helped with all the big stuff, clothing, furniture, etc. that had to be out quickly. (I was limited to people to help me.) Vince took it upon himself to make a call and multiple junk trucks arrived within 2 hours to help clear things out. Vince even put in his own time to help me bag and box stuff! From the beginning, I was overwhelmed. Every step, Vince assured me it would go smoothly, and he had my back. I would highly recommend MV Properties. The excellent care and attention to detail have helped me through what I thought would be a nightmare.
